Atlas On Line is hiring Multilingual Customer Service Representatives for the Aviation Sector.

As part of its growth, Atlas On Line – a subsidiary of Royal Air Maroc since 2004 – is seeking multilingual customer service representatives to support its expansion in the air transport industry.

Specializing in outsourced customer experience management, Atlas On Line has established itself as a strategic partner for airlines and travel industry players worldwide. With its multilingual call center operating 24/7, the company provides seamless and personalized support to its clients globally.

To strengthen its teams, the company is looking for English-speaking customer service agents for call reception, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Professionally receive and manage incoming calls.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate responses.

Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Profile:

Minimum education level of Bac+2 (DEUG, license, or equivalent).

Strong command of French.

Mandatory proficiency in a foreign language: English, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Spanish.

Good interpersonal skills, active listening, teamwork, and service orientation.
