The role of Specialized Sales Advisor in Casablanca (Ain Sebaa) is aimed at motivated candidates eager to actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience. Reporting to the department manager, you will join a dynamic sales team to assist customers throughout their in-store journey.

Main responsibilities:

Welcome and advise customers with professionalism and attentiveness.

Ensure a neat presentation of the shelves and guarantee clear product labeling.

Actively participate in achieving the set sales targets.

Desired profile:

Education level: Bac+2, preferably in Commerce, Electromechanics, Sanitary and Plumbing, or Climate Engineering (such as ISTA).

Beginners are accepted; prior sales experience is a plus.

Required qualities: strong interpersonal skills, commercial sense, persuasive ability, and polished presentation both orally and in writing.

Additional information:

Contract type: CDI, CDD, or Internship depending on the profile.

Location: Casablanca (Casablanca-Mohammedia region).

Required experience: beginner to 5 years.

Education level: Bac+2 to Bac+3.

Required language: proficiency in French at a good level.
