Job Offer – Civil Engineering Technician (M/F) – Agadir Mobilité

As part of its development and commitment to modern and efficient urban mobility, Agadir Mobilité is recruiting two civil engineering technicians (M/F). This position is aimed at qualified professionals eager to contribute to the development of transport infrastructure and the improvement of urban mobility management in Greater Agadir.

As a key player in the transformation of urban mobility, Agadir Mobilité oversees strategic projects aimed at enhancing accessibility, easing traffic, and improving the quality of transport services. Through an integrated and sustainable approach, the company implements innovative solutions in line with the economic, social, and environmental requirements of the region.

Position and Responsibilities

Reporting to the technical department for studies and development, the civil engineering technician will have the following main responsibilities:

Monitoring studies and works related to mobility and transport infrastructure.

Verifying the compliance of technical documents (DCE, contracts, attachments, accounts…).

Participating in the analysis of bids and assisting in procurement committee meetings.

Coordinating stakeholders to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Ensuring compliance of study services and works with contractual requirements.

Verifying and validating accounts and supporting documents for ongoing projects.

Diligently tracking project progress and updating associated data.

Drafting monthly progress reports until project completion.

Representing the department in meetings with external organizations.

Applying safety, hygiene, and environmental standards to projects.

Desired Profile

The position is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:

Nationality : Moroccan.

Age : Under 40 years old.

Education : Bac+2 in Civil Engineering (diplomas from private or foreign institutions must be accompanied by equivalency certificates).

Experience : Minimum of 4 years in a similar position, particularly in civil engineering, mobility, and transport projects.

Required Skills :

Organization, methodology, and rigor.

Proven experience in project monitoring, reporting, and coordination.

Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Good knowledge of public procurement regulations.

Project management skills and teamwork.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Covadis, Alizé, Piste, MS Project…) and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Availability : Immediate (preferably).

Work Location : Agadir.
