RMA Assistance, a leading player in the multirisk assistance sector in Morocco, is strengthening its team by recruiting a Commercial Animation Officer dedicated to supporting the network of intermediaries. This key position is aimed at professionals who are passionate about commercial challenges and partner relationship management.

Since its establishment in 2018, RMA Assistance has quickly established itself as a leader by offering a comprehensive range of services that include automobile, home, and travel assistance. These services are available to local clients, Moroccans living abroad, Moroccan students internationally, and foreign residents in Morocco, and are accessible 24/7. The Commercial Animation Officer will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the network of intermediaries while fostering a relationship of trust and closeness.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial partners in the field, with a proactive and structured approach.

Communicate commercial objectives and ensure their implementation with partners.

Train intermediaries on products, digital tools, and sales pitches.

Monitor the network's performance through key indicators and implement targeted actions.

Contribute to the loyalty of the network and the growth of revenue.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, insurance, or a related field.

Proven experience in commercial animation within the services, insurance, or assistance sector.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with autonomy and rigor.

Ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize the needs of partners to propose tailored solutions.

A passion for fieldwork, responsiveness, and the ability to rally around the company's objectives.
