List of Candidates Invited to the Oral Exam – DGAPR 2025 Competition (274 Supervisors-Educators)

The General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR), a key player in public policy regarding reintegration and the management of prison facilities, announces the invitation of selected candidates to take the exam. oral for the recruitment competition of 274 Supervisors-Educators (scale 6), for the year 2025.

Distribution of positions:

40 positions reserved for men – Center of Laâyoune

234 positions – Centers of Marrakech and Agadir, including 50 reserved for women

25% of the positions are reserved for special profiles (resistors, wards of the Nation, former military or veterans)

  Participation conditions:

Nationality : Moroccan

Age : Between 21 and 30 years as of January 1, 2024 (up to 35 years for completed military or civil service)

Required diploma : Baccalaureate or Professional Qualification Diploma

Physical requirements:

Minimum height: 1.75 m (men), 1.65 m (women), barefoot

Visual acuity: 17/10 minimum without correction

Hearing: Ability to hear a whisper at 50 cm and a normal voice at 5 m

Good physical and mental condition to ensure day and night shifts

Exam procedure:

1. Written exam

Subject : General or related to the penitentiary field

Duration : 2 hours

Coefficient : 2

2. Physical exam

Evaluation of physical condition

Access reserved for candidates who scored at least 10/20 on the written exam

Required medical documents: ECG et HbA1c analysis

3. Oral or practical exam

General questions and assessment of aptitudes

Duration : 60 minutes

Coefficient : 4

Commitment required:

Admitted candidates must commit to working within the prison administration for a minimum duration of 8 years. Any failure to fulfill this commitment will result in the reimbursement of expenses incurred by the administration.
