List of Candidates Invited to the Written Test for the Civil Protection Competition 2025 (693 Rescue Agents)

The General Directorate of Civil Protection announces the organization of a recruitment competition for student rescue agents at the National School of Civil Protection. The competition will begin on March 24, 2025, and will take place at the National School of Civil Protection, as well as in other examination centers, which will be specified if necessary.

A total of 693 positions are available for this session, with 25% reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or veterans.

Application Requirements:

The competition is open to male candidates of Moroccan nationality who meet the following conditions:

Be aged between 18 and 26 years as of January 1, 2025.

Hold one of the following diplomas:

Certificate of secondary education with a driver's license (B, C, or D).

One of the diplomas defined by decree n° 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012, as amended, regarding the diplomas required for access to various grades in the public service.

Professional qualification diploma issued by a vocational training institution, in accordance with decree n° 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987.

Professional qualification diploma issued by the National Solidarity, in accordance with law n° 12.00 on vocational training.

Have a minimum height of 1.70 m (without shoes).

Have no criminal record.

Be physically fit to carry out the missions of Civil Protection.

Have been pre-selected by the application review committee.

Application Procedure

Registration is exclusively online via the portal: recrutement.protectioncivile.ma

Registration Period : from February 10 to February 24, 2025.
No applications will be accepted after this date.

Candidates must have a valid email address for any subsequent communication.

Selection of Eligible Candidates
The list of candidates pre-selected for the medical examination will be published on the website.

Documents Required for the Medical Examination :

Electronic national identity card.

Recent chest X-ray (with the candidate's name).

Recent analysis of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels (fasting glucose and HbA1c) with the candidate's name.

Medical certificate attesting to the absence of chronic illnesses such as asthma, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, neurological disorders, hearing impairments, psychiatric disorders, and other conditions that may affect physical fitness. The medical certificate must be issued by a health center under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.

Physical Tests

Candidates who pass the medical examination will need to undergo physical tests to assess their endurance and operational capacity. They must present their national identity card along with their sports and swimming gear.

The tests include:

Climbing a 12.50-meter rope.

Timed 1,000-meter run.

100-meter swimming test in freestyle.

Written Test

Candidates will take a two-hour written test consisting of a text study or general questions.

Psychotechnical Test

Candidates who pass the physical tests and the written test will be invited to a psychotechnical test, aimed at assessing their psychological abilities and behavior under stress.

Important Notes

School certificates are not accepted for online registration.

Any incomplete application or late registration will be automatically canceled.

Medical Examination
Starting March 24, 2025, candidates will undergo a medical examination to assess their physical fitness for the missions of Civil Protection. They must provide the necessary documents mentioned above.
