JIBAL is recruiting Sector Managers in several cities across Morocco.
As part of its national expansion, JIBAL, a key player in the dairy industry in Morocco, is seeking motivated and results-oriented Sector Managers to strengthen its sales teams.

Position: Sector Manager (multiple locations)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor the revenue of the assigned sector.
Strengthen commercial relationships with clients and partners.
Manage loyalty club members and maximize sales.
Conduct regular product presence checks in stores (store-checks).
Ensure competitive intelligence and share relevant information.
Supervise and train a team of salespersons and sales assistants.
Organize schedules, set objectives, and monitor commercial performance.
Address complaints and resolve on-site issues.
Ensure optimal use of work tools (vehicles, PDAs, refrigerators) and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to action plans.
Oversee the implementation of promotional actions and compliance with the distribution circuit.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Commerce, Marketing, Logistics, or Management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the agri-food sector.
Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer loyalty.
Good communication skills in Arabic and French.
Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, ERP).
