As part of the expansion of its industrial projects, EM Énergie, a recognized player in engineering and technical support services, is seeking HSE Coordinators for its sites in Tangier et andTétouan.

This recruitment targets conscientious professionals eager to actively contribute to the implementation of a demanding HSE policy focused on continuous improvement.

EM Énergie integrates health, safety, and the environment as pillars of its operations. A strong culture of prevention and responsibility is shared across all its sites. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a central role in promoting this culture on the ground.

Your missions include:

Ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines on construction sites and industrial locations.

Organizing awareness campaigns and supporting teams in adopting best practices.

Monitoring HSE indicators and contributing to the optimization of procedures.

Managing incident reporting and participating in defining corrective and preventive actions.

Assisting in the implementation of regulatory and internal action plans.

Desired profile:

Technical training of at least Bac+2 (in environment, safety, industrial engineering, etc.).

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, in an industrial environment or on-site.

Excellent communication skills, pedagogy, and teamwork spirit.

Responsiveness and mastery of protocols in emergency situations.
