Tractafric Equipment Maroc is recruiting Maintenance Technicians (Junior, Confirmed, Senior) to support its national development.

As part of its expansion in Morocco, Tractafric Equipment Maroc, a subsidiary of the Optorg group, is opening several career opportunities for Maintenance Technicians across all experience levels (Junior, Confirmed, Senior). This recruitment is aligned with a strategy to strengthen technical capabilities serving the industrial, mining, and construction sectors.

As a major player in the distribution of industrial equipment and the exclusive dealer of the Caterpillar brand for over 80 years, Tractafric Equipment provides a comprehensive range of tailored solutions for construction sites and infrastructure, including new and used machines, rental equipment, spare parts, engines, generators, forklifts, and more. Operating in ten African countries, the company also offers global services including maintenance, fleet management, training, and the construction of living quarters.

The integrated technicians will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of equipment with a constant focus on reliability, responsiveness, and technical performance.

Main responsibilities include:

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on various types of mechanical, electromechanical, or motorized equipment.

Diagnosing faults and proposing appropriate technical solutions.

Ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Monitoring the technical follow-up of interventions and writing maintenance reports.

Actively participating in the continuous improvement of service and customer satisfaction.

Desired profile:

A diploma of Bac +2 or Bac +3 in Mechanics or Electromechanics.

Strong motivation to start a career in a demanding environment or to give new momentum to an established career.

Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and a team spirit.

A keen interest in high-value technical environments.
