Job Offer: Recruitment of 43 Aerodrome Firefighters by the National Office of Airports (ONDA)

As part of strengthening its security and emergency response teams across various airport platforms, the National Office of Airports (ONDA) is launching a competition to recruit 43 Aerodrome Firefighters. This recruitment is aimed at dynamic individuals ready to engage in demanding missions related to airport security, aircraft fire fighting, environmental protection, and saving human lives.

ONDA, a public institution with an industrial and commercial character, is responsible for the management, operation, and development of civil airports in Morocco. The organization also ensures the safety of air navigation within national airspace and maintains ongoing relations with international airport authorities. Additionally, it oversees the training of professionals in the civil aviation sector.

Positions Available: Aerodrome Firefighters (43 positions)

Selected candidates will be assigned to various airports across the Kingdom and must meet the following conditions:

Be of Moroccan nationality.

Hold a scientific or technical Baccalaureate.

Possess a Bac+2 diploma in one of the following specialties: Aeronautics, Mechanics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automated Systems, or Mechatronics (DTS, DUT, BTS, or equivalent recognized by the Moroccan state).

Hold a category C driver's license or commit to obtaining it before the end of the probationary period (3 months) if in possession of a category B license with more than 2 years of experience.

Be between 21 and 27 years old as of December 31, 2025.

Measure at least 1.65 meters and weigh a minimum of 65 kg.

Certified copies of the Baccalaureate and Bac+2 diploma.

Certificate specifying the specialty of the diploma (if not mentioned on the diploma).

Copy of the official bulletin or equivalence certificate (if applicable).

Copy of the National Identity Card.

Copy of the driver's license(s).

Honorary commitment (if category C license is not held).

Medical certificate specifying height and weight.

Proof of status as a ward of the nation (if applicable).

Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process:

Pre-selection based on application documents according to the criteria mentioned above.

Physical Test : a minimum score of 12/20 is required.

Written Test (psychotechnical test): a minimum score of 12/20 is required.

Oral Test preceded by a personality test: a minimum score of 12/20 is required.

Mental and Medical Aptitude Tests conducted by ONDA's medical service or a designated physician.

Only candidates who pass all stages will be ranked by merit. Employment is contingent upon presenting a category C driver's license within the specified deadlines.
