COLIN’S is hiring Store Managers in Morocco – Join an international brand that combines style, innovation, and performance.

As part of its expansion in Morocco, COLIN’S, a global apparel brand with over 600 stores in 37 countries, is opening several Store Manager positions. This opportunity is aimed at leaders passionate about the retail sector, capable of managing a store's commercial activities and leading teams in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

COLIN’S, known for its modern collections, attention to detail, well-tailored products, and commitment to quality, pushes the boundaries of customer experience in its stores. Each location embodies the brand with comfortable, durable products suitable for all body types while showcasing a strong visual identity.

Store Managers will play a key role in overseeing store management, motivating their teams to achieve set objectives, and ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall performance of the store (sales, management, merchandising).

Guide, motivate, and engage teams to reach established goals.

Ensure the neat presentation of products and compliance with the brand's visual standards.

Analyze performance indicators and suggest actions to improve results.

Provide a seamless customer experience focused on guidance.

Desired Profile:

Minimum of a Bac+3 degree (Bachelor's).

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within the retail sector.

Proficiency in English, with intermediate or advanced level preferred.

Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and commercial management (retail mathematics).

Skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, and employee motivation.

Customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.

National mobility required.
