As part of strengthening its sales team, AFRIC-PHAR, a leading player in the Moroccan pharmaceutical industry, is recruiting Experienced Medical Delegates for several regions: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tanger et Agadir.

With comprehensive expertise covering regulation, quality, production, logistics, and promotion, AFRIC-PHAR is committed to providing complete and innovative pharmaceutical solutions. Main Responsibilities:

Promote products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, etc.).

Develop a client portfolio and build lasting relationships.

Implement the company’s commercial strategy and achieve set objectives.

Conduct thorough field follow-ups and report market information.

Develop and execute targeted action plans to enhance product presence.

Regularly report performance to the sales management.

Desired Profile:

Proven experience as a Medical Delegate or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

Education in life sciences, pharmacy, biology, or commerce in the medical field.

Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and persuasive power.

Initiative, rigor, and autonomy in managing the sector.

Proficiency in IT tools and commercial data analysis.

Mobility and flexibility to effectively cover the assigned sector.
